Configuration in CRM application
No need to configure anything in the CRM application itself.
Configuration Bubble Software
Login as the user in the Bubble software. Go to CRM Connectors in the navigation bar on the left side, select the desired CRM integration by toggling the slider to the "on" position. (please note that a CRM-application is activated if it has a blue frame around it).
Then click on the button Start Authorization, you will be redirected to a HubSpot page where you can select the right account.
Once selected the right account, click on Connect App, and bubble will give a notification that the Authorization was successful.
You are now ready to configure the Notifications.
Easy roll out to other users
Using the Clone Profiles module under the "Bubble" tab in your Partner Portal, you can quickly apply a configuration to all selected users at once. This allows you to configure 1,000 users in the same amount of time it takes to configure a single user. Keep in mind that this process creates an exact copy of the profile. For detailed instructions, refer to the Knowledge Base (Clone Profiles). Additionally, you can verify under the tab Features - Integration Type whether this integration requires a template for profile cloning to ensure that all user-specific settings are correctly assigned to their respective accounts.

Start an outgoing telephone call with one mouse click from your CRM application or any website.

Hotkey dial from CRM
Is a phone number not clickable in your CRM? With this function you can still make a call.

Select a phone number and get a suggestion to call directly.

Activity Hub
In the Activity Hub, you can view activities such as a call log with notes or a conversation transcription that still needs to be saved in the CRM. You can choose to do this automatically or manually. Notes and transcriptions can be edited before they are written to the CRM.

Call control
Provided your telephony platform supports it, full call control is available in the pop-up notification. This allows you to control your desk phone, softphone or other device from the notification.

Call logging
Call information can be recorded directly in your CRM under the customer card. Do you need this feature but is it not yet available for your integration? Please contact us.

Call logging (+AI transcription)
Call details, call notes, and an AI transcript of the conversation can be stored directly in your CRM under the customer record. To save AI transcripts, the connected telephony platform must support this feature.

Call information and call notes can be recorded directly in your CRM under the customer card.

Call waiting
If you receive a second call while already on the phone, the Bubble365 apps will display this second call at the bottom of the pop-up notification, allowing you to easily switch with a single mouse click. In other apps, a second notification will appear instead.

Custom field variables
The custom fields that have been created in the CRM application yourself can also be used to display in the pop-up.

Multi result pop-up
Does a phone number occurs multiple times in your CRM application? Click directly to the next result. Do you need this feature but is it not yet available for your integration? Please contact us.

SearchBar
Search CRM contact information from the 'SearchBar' desktop toolbar. From here you can open the customer card, start a phone call directly, send an email/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams message or view the call history. Bubble Desktop
Bubble is installed on each user/workstation and runs locally on the user's computer.

Bubble Cloud
Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.

Realtime API (user based)
Authentication with CRM application at user level. Please note, if you want to clone the profiles to other users in the organization, the user data will be copied also. To prevent this, you can request a clone template from us that does not copy these values.

Clone template
A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.

Bubble Desktop Pop-up
Bubble Desktop Pop-up is a smart addition to your workspace. You can easily install the application on your Windows PC or Mac, after which you immediately benefit from handy pop-up notifications for both incoming and outgoing calls. This way, you not only know who’s calling at the right moment, but you can also take action straight away – open the customer card, send a WhatsApp message, or perform another action.

Bubble365 Mobile App [coming soon]
With the Bubble365 Mobile App you can take your CRM functionality everywhere, directly on your smartphone. For every phone call – incoming or outgoing – you immediately receive a notification showing the name as stored in your CRM. From that notification you can easily open the app to view customer information or perform actions. On Android we even show notifications for calls handled through the native dialer, and with a fixed-mobile integration this also applies to iOS. In all other cases, notifications are triggered based on the phone calls running through the connected telephony platform. You can also search your CRM contacts in real time via the app (if your CRM supports the SearchBar), ensuring you always have the right information at hand.

Immediately record your conversation info in a note so that all information is visible to your colleagues.

With a Bubble license you are always entitled to the latest functions that can be installed with one click.

What is Bubble
Bubble is an app that can integrate with HubSpot and more than 85 telephony platforms.
Bubble integrates with HubSpot via the API and retrieves real-time data based on the phone number.
This means we do not need to store or cache any data.
To use the app, you will need to follow the manual to make the integration work.
After that, you can proceed with the following steps to configure the app.
The content of the pop-up can be composed entirely according to your wishes under Notifications > Notification Content. This works with dynamic parameters (variables). All useful variables can be found via the button legend. The variables can come from Bubble, the telephone connector that is activated and the selected CRM-ERP- software. The list of variables is automatically completed with the available variables from a CRM- ERP- software connector after it has been activated. The variable you want to use is easy to copy by clicking on the copy function before the line and then pasting it.
Type in the field Notification Content what you want to show (In the language of your preference), for example ‘number’ and put the correct variable behind it (for example $number). If the number is recognized during a call, the variable will automatically change to the correct customer data.
In the pop-up you can create a maximum of 4 buttons under Notifications > Actions Buttons . You can create the following buttons:
- CRM- ERP specific
- Custom action
- Trigger Automations
- Copy to clipboard
- Send email
- Send WhatsApp
- Chat Teams
CRM- ERP- specific
As soon as a CRM- ERP- connector has been activated under CRM Connectors, the possibilities of that specific CRM- ERP- software will immediately appear when a button is created. An example of this is HubSpot, where HubSpot offers the following options to activate under a button:
- View Relation
- View Company
- View Contact
- Create Contact
- Create Company
After activating a button you have the option to change the name of the button. After every adjustment or activation, click on Save.
Disconnecting the Bubble app from HubSpot
If you have connected the Bubble app with HubSpot and you would like to disconnect it, you can do this both in HubSpot and in Bubble. To remove the connection in Bubble itself, simply go to CRM Connectors -> HubSpot and click on "Delete Authorization". That’s it.
There is now no HubSpot account linked to Bubble anymore, so automatic logging of calls in HubSpot will stop. Nothing else will change in your HubSpot account.
