You should build your own endpoint and adapt to the requests configured in this module.
Login as the user in the Bubble software. Go to CRM Connectors in the navigation bar on the left side, select the desired CRM integration by double clicking on it (please note that a CRM-application is activated if it has a blue frame around it).
Then new entries can be created. Two types of entries are possible: lookup / send information (e.g. for call logging). Each entry can contains zero or more conditions that need to be satisfied before the action will be executed. If no conditions are specified, the action will always fire for each call event. An action consists of a HTTP method, URL and optionally some HTTP headers (e.g. for sending an access token).
A lookup can be created by activating the "Is Lookup" checkmark.
Bubble expects a JSON body in the same format as the normal "HTTPRequester". When no result was found, the server should return a HTTP 200 with the following body:
When one ore more results are found, the server should return a HTTP 200 with the following body:
All parameters can be used in the Bubble pop-up notification.
If the "Is Lookup" checkmark is not set, Bubble just sends the information defined in the action. The server response will be ignored.
Call registration is supported from Bubble v3.28 and higher.
You can use the $call_subject and $call_note in the url or body of your action.
The lookup request is required, call registrations can be done only for relations found by the lookup request.
With the Clone Profiles module under the tab Bubble (in your partnerportal portal.redcactus.nl) it is possible to roll out a configuration to all selected people at the same time. This gives you as much configuration time for 1 user as for 1,000 at the same time. Please note, this is an exact copy of the profile. Check knowledgebase (Clone Profiles)
