The administrator needs to configure an API Token for each user. Go to Settings > API.
Then click on New. Select the user you want to create an API key for. Then click on Add, please note to extend the expire date of the API token, otherwise it will expire a year later.
Now you got your API Key and API Secret to fill in, in the Bubble software.
Login as the user in the Bubble software. Go to CRM Connectors in the navigation bar on the left side, select the desired CRM integration by double clicking on it (please note that a CRM-application is activated if it has a blue frame around it).
Fill in your App Domain which you can find in the navigation bar of the browser.
Then fill in your API Key and API Secret you obtained from Simplicate. Now you are ready to configure the Notifications
Optionally, you can sideload related employees to add some additional parameters to your popup.
Easy roll out to other users
With the Clone Profiles module under the tab Bubble (in your partnerportal portal.redcactus.nl) it is possible to roll out a configuration to all selected people at the same time. This gives you as much configuration time for 1 user as for 1,000 at the same time. Please note, this is an exact copy of the profile. Check knowledgebase (Clone Profiles)
