In order to use the click-to-dial functionality from DIAS, a small script need to be placed in the installation directory.
You can download the 'beluit.bat' script from the attachments tab and store it under:
First time run the script by double clicking on it.
A Windows smartscreen warning will apear:
Click on "More Information"
Click on "Execute". Now the script is trusted by Windows and the smartscreen warning will not appear again.
After configurating the Bubble client, you can initiate calls from the DIAS application.
Login as the user in the Bubble software. Go to CRM Connectors in the navigation bar on the left side, select the desired CRM integration by double clicking on it (please note that a CRM-application is activated if it has a blue frame around it).
Select the 'ToeDia02.exe' file that needs to be executed for forwarding call information to Dias. Triggering the application can be done automatically by the call event 'ringing' or when the call is answered.
There is an option to open the customer card automatic when the call is ringing, answering the call or, select the button DIAS - Open in the Action Buttons to do it manually.
It is also possible to make a combination between the Bubble functionalities and the DIAS telephony module by activating also the CSV connector or if the customer has acces to ODBC, use the SQL connector in Bubble.
Go first to DIAS and make an export including the phone numbers. Connect the CSV to Bubble so that you can use the data to configure in the Bubble Notifications pop-up and add a button to open the client (see here above). Don't forget to disable the function that opens automaticly the customer card in the Bubble DIAS connector.

Easy roll out to other users
With the Clone Profiles module under the tab Bubble (in your partnerportal bubble.redcactus.nl) it is possible to roll out a configuration to all selected people at the same time. This gives you as much configuration time for 1 user as for 1,000 at the same time. Please note, this is an exact copy of the profile. Check knowledgebase (Clone Profiles)
