To connect the Univerge Blue Connect telephony platform to Bubble, you need to authenticate per user, but first you need to create a Client ID at company level.
Log in to https://admin.univerge.blue and navigate to Services > Univerge Blue Connect
Then click on Apps & Integrations in the menu on the left.
Then in the Connect API access window click on “Enable Access” and under oAuth client ID’s on “+ Add client ID”.
Then fill in the following information:
Click Next and copy the Client ID and Secret key to the Bubble application.
In the Bubble software, go to Phone Connectors and activate the Univerge Blue Connect phone connector by double clicking on it. Then fill in the Client ID and the Client Secret and click on Save. These credentials are the same for all users.
As a final step, click on “Start Authorization” (must be done by all users individually) and you will be redirected to the Univerge Blue Connect platform to authorize. Univerge Blue Connect is now connected to Bubble.
